We’re a dynamic company with a powerful staff to help you make informed decisions when buying and selling real estate property. If we can help you understand the property to the best of our abilities, then we believe you can make wise decisions that are the best for you, your family and business.
Your Support Staff
Our support staff is your staff. We are here to help. Zach heads up the team, with Samantha, Tanya, Jess and Rachael ready to help with appointments, helpful information, connection to people you can answer your questions and guide you through the home inspection process.
Our Accreditations
ASHI - The American Society of Home Inspectors is our national organization that sets the course for our industry. ASHI inspectors and our staff force are by far the best. If for some reason we can't schedule an inspection, we'll hook you up with another ASHI Certified Inspector to assure you that your are in the base hands.
DOE Home Energy Assessor. When we look at a house, we are also looking at energy efficiency so we can generate an official US Department of Energy Score for the home. Not many inspectors can do this, but we feel it's a critical piece to you having the best information possible on your home.
InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector. Rather than be satisfied with basic InterNACHI association, we take it to the next level with Master Inspector certification. This acknowledges advanced experience and knowledge in home inspections; another reason you will be able to make informed decisions.
Your Behind-the-scenes Network
We're part of the MasterMind/I-Go Home Inspection Community. Only 200 companies (only four New England) have this distinction. In 2017 year we were awarded Platinum status for companies striving for excellence in customer attention, service and growth. In 2018 we were awarded the Ironman award. This gives you further assurance that we are striving to do our best for you as you move through the home inspection process, be that in Amherst, Northampton, South Hadley, or beyond.
Inspection Support Network. We met Dan Huber in 2007. He and his team were building out a tightly integrated data support system. It's been improving every since. It keeps your inspection process and communications running smoothly so everyone knows what is happening when. If something fails to happen as you expect, we'll look into it and get it right.
