• ASHI. The American Society of Home Inspectors is our national organization that sets the course for our industry. ASHI inspectors and our staff force are by far the best.  If for some reason we can't schedule an inspection, we'll hook you up with another ASHI Certified Inspector to assure you that you are in the best hands. 
• InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector.  Rather than be satisfied with basic InterNACHI association, we take it to the next level with Master Inspector certification.  This acknowledges advanced experience and knowledge in home inspections; another reason you will be able to make informed decisions.  
• IAC2 Certified Mold Inspector. The International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants is the number-one professional designation for mold inspectors, mold testers, radon testers, radon mitigation inspectors, and other indoor environmental specialists.  JMR Inspections holds and maintains this certification so you area assured you are getting objective, reliable and accurate results. 
• Northeast Radon Proficiency. There are several good radon proficiency certifications.  JMR has kept proficiency through the Northeast Radon Proficiency Center since it is associated with Rutgers University.  This gives us access to emerging radon research and standards unmatched by other agencies. 

• We're part of the I noticed the boiler emergency switch was is a somewhat obscure location, so I added an improvement comment for a better location.  iGo Home Inspection Community. Only 200 companies (only four New England) have this distinction.  In 2017, we were awarded Platinum status for companies striving for excellence in customer attention, service and growth.  In 2018, we were awarded the Ironman award.  This gives you further assurance that we are striving to do our best for you as you move through the home inspection process, be that in Amherst, Northampton, South Hadley, or beyond.
