- Advise them to leave children and pets with family so they are not distracted.
- Don't have other parties or contractors present who can interfere with the inspection process.
It's your client's time to learn about the house. You can help them make the most of it.

- The home inspection will take between two and three hours.
- Home Inspection Reports are available within 48 hours in most cases.
- Older homes that populate Northampton, Shelburne Falls, Greenfield and the Springfield area, as well as distresses properties, multi-family homes, creatively designed properties, estates can take longer

- Valves, unplugged appliances, shut-off utilities, sealed accesses will remain that way per state law.
- Data is reviewed by multiple department at JMR before reports are released.
